Finding people with common interests?
I've been studying at a small music-specialised campus of the university I go to for the past 3 years and I've fallen in love with numerous women over those three years. Problem is nothing good ever came out of any of those loves. To sum it up, my musical interests and musical career path greatly differ from those of my peers and the other people around me, and many people at the campus are very closed-minded about these things, too. I also feel like there are very few people who support my aspirations there, and would rather sit in a practice room for many hours on end, which is a pisser.
Which is why I decided to take a couple of courses at the bigger campuses. I am hoping to meet some more like minded and supportive people who are more open minded to more modern and innovative music, artistic and business wise, and hopefully share more common interests with me. Maybe I might find better women than I currently see at uni. Is this a good decision to make in regards to both aspects of my life?
