IPFS image access

I am uploading an image to IPFS and it works fine until there, the issue is when I am trying to access the image url from a virtual machine where a blockchain is running the browser tab just keeps on loading and the image takes a long time to show, there are no errors in the console. If I try the same url from the main computer it loads right away without any issues.

Is there something with regards to IPFS that could be restricting the image from loading?
