Looking to build a GUI that produces a word doc

Not sure if this is the right place to post, so please let me know if there is somewhere better.

I am looking to build a simple User Interface utilizing radio buttons and short fill-in-the-blanks that will produce a word document based on the answers.

Basically, answering “yes” to a question would generate paragraph “A” while answering “no” would generate paragraph “B.” You would need to answer a series of questions, then generate a document.

I have been trying to research programs capable of generating a document and am coming up short. Maybe I’m just not using the right keywords.

Although my skill set is mostly rooted in C and C++, I am capable of using other languages if the program is better suited for it.
