Not able to find Borderlands or Sonic Mania. Still gives me the older games from May

Hey so I've been seeing the advertisements for Borderlands as a free PS Plus game but although it has stated that they are available for download when I click into the free games part of PS Plus it still gives me Overcooked and Edith Finch. I am in Canada and have system software v.6.71 downloaded. Is there any reason I would not be able to download the new games yet?

Edit: When I go into the PS Plus part of the store it now gives me Overcooked and Sonic Mania, why can I not get Borderlands?
