MiniTallyband of Nurgle and list tips

Hi All! Recently "started" AoS, my friends have lots of armies (elf witches, orks, ogres, ghosts, khorne and stormcast) but I decided to go with Nurgle, specifically demons only. I know it's probably not the most competitive but i really liked it as a theme.

Now, my ideal fun army would be a GUO and crapload of nurglings, but it's my understanding that the rules don't really allow it.

The best batallion for me as far as i got it would be the Tallyband, but 1d4chan doesn't list it anymore so i was wondering if it's still permitted.

I'd like to expand my army in that direction but i considered that if i'm playing with my buddies it'd be 4 players minimum, so I was thinking to keep the army at 500pts.

So, th GUO is out, the tallyband is too many points, i have a unit of nurglings, i need to get at least two units of plauguebearers as only demonic battleline, and then what would you do? I think i'd enjoy the beast of nurgle but maybe bodies on the field is better.
