Any tips on how to raise my Behemoth Mastery level?

I’m at the end game now, and I’ve killed the last two dudes but I’m trying to farm Shrowd for its armor and the exotic sword. I need to upgrade my armor so I don’t die as quickly but I can’t go past +10 unless I raise it. Thanks!
