Why are so many here superstitious or believe in superstitions/supernatural/etc?

Isn't Thelema about understanding how religions and their methods function pulling out various beliefs that plague the natural human mind?

Understandably it is about personal understanding, personal experimentation, etc. of these things, but are there some who have passed this superstitious threshold or has Thelema just become another religion and not a form of science publishing methods/ways/reason to explain and be above such things?
