Looking for that great summary article for the California Magazine Ban ruling from a few months ago

It was posted in one of the gun subreddits I'm subscribed to (/r/guns, r/gunpolitics, r/progun, r/firearms)

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) has called for a special session for the general assembly and I'm working on emailing my representatives. That summary article would be a great thing for someone to bring up in session.
