Packaged section?

Okay so i signed up for my classes yesterday (incoming freshman) and I’m wondering what a packaged section is because for one class, i signed up for both a lecture and packed section and it says it meets 4x a week for 4+ total hours, when it is just a 3 credit hour class. I’m wondering if i did something wrong. Was i only supposed to sign up for the packaged section? Orr (class is se 101 btw)
