Reporting statutory rape

When I was 14, a 27 year old sent me messages online telling me he’d save me from my “horrible parents” and we’d live happily ever after if I came to him. One day I visited him and he told me that all that could happen and he’d love me forever if we had sex, and so we did. He told me I needed to follow anything he told me todo so he could love me forever. My mom found out and told him if he contacted me again she’d call the police. I never reported what happened and I’m 19 now, but he recently messaged me again and sent me a porn he made with his new GF without her permission. I sent his GF the video he sent me and now all of her friends are sending me death threats because apparently he told them I was a creepy stalker who hacked his phone so I could threaten them into a threesome. They are threatening to beat me up etc etc. I want to report this but he now lives in Canada and I live in his home town. What should I do?
