How does this tomato paste have no preservatives?

I've seen citric acid being used as a preservative in some brands of tomato paste. I recently started using a brand named Amore but the ingredients list shows it only contains tomatoes. Could it be that the amount of preservatives used is so small that they're not legally obligated to disclose it as an ingredient?
