What is the "proper" way to eat Cornish game hen?

Eating chicken with a knife and fork is enough of a battle, and Cornish game hens are much smaller. The snobs who usually eat Cornish game hen won't eat it with their hands, like the rest of us peasants, so what's the process? Is it just an exceedingly slow and arduous process with normal utensils?
