[TOMT] recent music video, blond woman, maroon plaid school uniforms

I was working out this morning and saw an interesting music video come on the tv but there was no sound on so I have no way to find the song. In the video there was a blond woman with sometimes long blond hair sometimes short blond hair (maybe half of it cut short?) she was dancing in a long ball gown in front of some students in a high school (maybe a catholic/private school?) who were wearing maroon plaid skirts. they danced in multiple places around the school sometimes the woman had pants on sometimes she had a red shirt sometimes a white one.
