Having issues with malware gunpoint.exe

Whenever I launch my PC an application called gunpoint.exe runs and brings up cpu usage to 100%, I have followed the sticked guide on the sub but it still appears to be there everytime I restart my PC. Would appreciate any help and thanks in advance.
