Opinions on 6cyl 2009 XC90?

A good family friend of his recently had too much trouble with his ‘02 Chevy, that he’s looking into a midsize suv, he has handicap issues as well (Both legs gone ATK)

Any known issues with a XC90 2009 6cyl he should look for when inspecting? 147,000 mi

I know this is vague info, but this is all i got from my good friend. any help and info would be greatly appreciated!
