When plugging iPhone into front usb ports on H500, it doesn't allow the phone to actually connect, disconnects and reconnects with error message from Windows.
Hello,
I purchased the H500 for my new build that I completed not too long ago. I have noticed that when I attempt to plug in my iPhone with the front usb ports, my phone will constantly connect and disconnect. Windows Explorer also comes up with a message stating that "The device has either stopped working or been disconnected". This issue only happens with my phone. I have been able to plug in usb drives, a mouse, and a controller into the front usb ports just fine.
My phone will connect to my computer fine if plugged in through the motherboard. Anyone have experience with this before or know why it might be happening?
