A few bugs I'm wondering about

I recently got Holy Fury, am updated to 3.1.1 (AGOT mod isn't compatible with 3.2 yet) and I've noticed a few somewhat annoying bugs:

• Commanders are removed from armies on reload

• Attach orders are sometimes removed from armies on reload

• Opening the honorary titles screen slows the game down to a crawl and trying to scroll through the list causes it to "bounce" up and down, making it virtually impossible to click on anything

Even though I've mainly been playing AGOT, I checked in vanilla and HIP and the same problems are there. Is anyone else having the same trouble and, if so, did you find a way to fix it or do I just have to wait for the next patch?
