Attempt at a critique of Jordan Peterson’s rules for life.

This is for people who like to think, so it will not be read much :):

To Mr. Peterson and Sub:

Intro.

Nooks, our mind get’s into caverns, Plato saw this, and his world, and his good “in it self” where nooks, a safe place in the dark. He perhaps saw well the difficult position of the thinker ?. But this is also an example of a nook, a hook also, did you think post reader and Mr. Jordan that i had some truth to start with ?; but what do many nooks, all put together, understood and comprehended, amount to ?, a world of caverns, how can science then be described as a way to get truth, is not truth only a sinthesis of the metafisical world ?, an unknown “world”; and a hypothesis, this noble and humbled conviction, is this a search of mystics for mystics, for true metafisic’s, a description of what nooks look like from under a well ?, we never get the view of an “outside world”, reality and truth, seen as a thing’s that would happend anyway if we are not present (rules) just do not happend, this seems a universe of embriations, mainly a world of invisible things preeminently modifying the sensual and superficial, can we say that this is not, very, very probable ?

It is a weak attempt that says, the presuposition’s of a generation are wrong, or this or that thinker may be wrong, we do it because we are not in the habit of thinking historicaly, even many historians have this problem, the fine particles form the visible one’s, and a comet crashing into the earth first was determined by the thinest particles. Of course when the object is coming towards us we take history out of it, and we give to the moment his place, history would be here “like describing the composition of water to a drowning man”, in the moment, of what we call knowledge, we can use only the knowledge that has become second nature...it seems.

Point.

How does a bunch of rules then become second nature ?, how does a nook become a region ?, because why would we be learing of other nooks if a region can not be attained, if there was not from the start value in how much “metafisic's know’s” about the world—then an overman would have to be a Plato’s overman. So you want “proof’s”, why not just a region and not truth, where parhaps you are deceiving yourself as the next mortal but more hole, with a region and not a point in this problematic overrich realm.

But we may ask ourselves, why do you want to live like Nietzsche’s Stoica’s, by rules, in a hopeless sacrifice to discipline yourself in what you already are and have to be ?, is not this what an actor does, interpreting what always happends as if it is now happening for the first time ?

Self-improvement does not work like this, 12 rules for Life are better than 48, the less rules the better for the cave man, as all the rules are given to him at the start, and added one’s, specially rules for all, are always detrimental, confusing and superficial, “we know much more than the courage we have to recognize it”, the value for this rules that are offered today do not come as thing’s to follow, who can follow added rules ?—if they are true, then they are true first at the genesis, where we don’t change or add anything that was not already there. This is not an argument against mastery, mastery does happend, but it has nothing to do with acquisition, for what is brought by a book ?, the “will to power” does not acquire rules, it imposses rules (to onself), and this is why self-help books are not effective.

Mr. Jordan Peterson is a recent example of how one may help other’s effectively, but is it not his example much more intresting than his book ?, is it not his recent and fresh personal conquest, his discipline, what is of value, and how would one go about augmenting his own ?, not more rules, I have my own, but the discipline, is not that something that until today remains unassailed for our time, a new/modern morphology of discipline, to each his own seems to be the rule of overcoming, stilll.

If one may hope where one does not have the right to ask, I would like to see as your next work an Attempt at the art of discipline a la Machiavelli, now, while you have fresh in your spirit a great personal selfovercoming and has made a nobel memory for yourself.
