A trend I’ve been noticing with the books that SEND ME

I’ve noticed something about the books that really move me recently-they tend to be large scale human narratives, in realistic settings, with limited casts. Elements of queerness/non cis het male perspectives are a big plus.

Some examples of this include: She’s Come Undone - Wally Lamb; The Goldfinch - Donna Tart; A Little Life - Hanya Yanagihara; Invisible Life - E. Lynn Harris; The Great Believers - Rebecca Makkai; The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Huge - Taylor Jenkins Reid

Any recommendations along these lines would be great!
