Why is Charlotte pushed ahead of all the other women?

They have sacrificed great talents like Sasha and Asuka for her and soon Bayley will share the same fate. She is involved with the title practically all the time and has been since she was called up from NXT. It is ridiculous that she is already a 9th time champion after about four years on the main roster.

Why do they push her ahead of all the other women when she doesn't even seems to move as much merch as the likes of Alexa, Sasha, Becky, etc?
