M+ resetting levels

Does anyone think they would like it more if Blizz didn't "reset" m+ levels and rewards each season. Instead of changing the rewards for a +10, just add more rewards beyond, so +20 would be the new cap? I could see downsides to this, but it also feels weird having m+ reset to me.
