Unable to install graphics card, help!
Im using an HP Pavillion p6-2003W---> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03052733
When I turned on the computer after putting the GTX 460 on the mobo, I get a black screen. I connected the DVI cable to the graphics card and no display. I connected the VGA onto the integrated graphics card and black screen as well. My speakers are connected and I can hear windows actually starting up. So it starts up with a black screen. I tried to install Nvidias drivers before installing the gtx460 and was unable to. I made sure the two 6 pin connector was properly installed to the graphics card and the fan turns on so its getting power. My mobos bios is AMI 7.06 (2011) how do I update this as well?
my set up so far is:
Windows 7 home Premium
Motherboard: AAHD2-HY (Holly) this mobo has integrated Radeon HD 6370D
AMD E2-3200 apu
Evga geforce gtx 460 1gb
2x4GB Ram sticks DDR3 1333
Antec model EA 650 PSU 600 watts
