YouTube Issues with my MacBook Pro

Hey everyone,

I have a question. Let me start with a brief summary. I have a MacBook Pro that's running OS High Sierra. Everything is fine with the exception of YouTube. I can't watch any videos on any of the browsers. I've downloaded the latest version of flash player and I recently downloaded the most recent version of JavaScript. After I installed JavaScript, I thought my issue was resolved and then it stopped working again right in the middle of the video. Can anyone tell me what's going on? I consider myself to be tech savvy so feel free to give me any suggestions. It would be very helpful. Thanks
