What the fuck is the deal with Owen?

The guy is hard to pinpoint. I would say this is all a psyop or act but I can’t be certain on that. It’s just amazing to see someone so fucking nuts on screen all the time. I agree with some of the stuff he says, including the ((())) stuff but Owen himself is just a freak.
