Recent Things3 Convert - give me all your tips!

I'm a bit of a task management app geek. I used Todoist for years and dabbled recently in both GoodTask3 and TickTick before giving Things3 a try. I had put off trying Things3, as I assumed it was too simplistic for my needs (which include managing both persona/family tasks, as well as several long-term work projects that have complex and multiple moving parts and deadlines).

However, the UI of Things3 won me over. I used it side-by-side with TickTick for over a week and in doing that found that I couldn't stand the cluttered, disorganized mess of TickTick. There were things I liked about it, but in actually using both at the same time, it was clear that Things3 was the clear winner for my needs.

While I do work on a PC laptop, I always have an iPad and iPhone with me, and those latter devices are the ones that I most heavily rely on for task management, note taking, and scheduling. I also use an Apple Watch, which I have come to rely on fairly heavily for inputting things via Siri (because I use Apple Reminders to import tasks into mulitple apps, TickTick was nixed in large part because it couldn't import from a specific Reminders list the way Things3 can).

In addition to Things3, I am a pretty heavy user (for productivity purposes) of the Bear Notes App, Fantastical, Scanbot, and PDF Expert.

I am curious to know of innovative ways people use Things3. Any tips/tricks, particularly from those who use similar productivity apps?
