Anyone else still waiting on RI tax refund?

I filed electronically back in early March and I'm still waiting for my state refund. The RI.gov status page says it's been processed and the refund is being scheduled, but it's been saying that for two months now. Is this just normal RI BS or do I need to start making phone calls? Thanks.
