Maybe most knew this, but just filming, and watching my swing helped a lot

I set up my practice net, with my camer on a tripod last night with the intent of posting a "give me swing advice" video here.

Instead, just upon reviewing the video, I was readily able to identify a few things that were "off" about my swing, primarily that my tempo was WAY faster than I was percieving it as.

Good news: My swing is a bit more fluid now

Bad news: I have another swing thought to add to to the growing list, lol.

^(I'm also not sharing my video because I felt fat while looking at it)
