I think I have found the mystery behind mastubrbational urges.

When I think back on everytime I relapse, I see something common. Nearly every day that I have done the deed, I have not bathed. Sometimes I am so lazy, that I posepone it. The next thing you know, I have done the sin.

I discovered this much before today, i even once made a joke about it. Saying, There's no problem poseponing, as if I am gonna fap this exact day. The next thing you know, I am super horny.

Today I came home from a long trip, all sweaty and such. I wanted to take a bath, but I was so tired that I poseponed it again. I have been so horny for hours, until I decided bathing again. Upon bathing I realize, they key to not masturbate is to keep having a really good hygiene. I took a really good bath and now my mind is free. I now realized, my masturbational urges is a reaction to my uncleansiness.
