Pubic hair touched toilet seat and I have a pimple on my clitoris. Have I caught a std?

Even though I’m 15 I have pubic hair that is quite long, and when I sit on the toilet seat sometimes the hair will touch the seat and I just got told that this is dangerous and can give me STDs, because the bacteria can stick to the hair and go near my genitals. After quite a lot of strands of pubic hair touched one public toilet seat that wasn’t very clean (it looked dry but when I sat down it was Super sticky and a bit wet) a few days later I have a pimple looking thing on my clit and I’m scared it’ll be syphilis or some other STD. Is this possible? I don’t have a Boyfriend and have never had sexual before.
