LOW blood pressure and stimulants?

Hello,

I've been dealing with some really puzzling symptoms the past week and a half or so. I normally take 15mg dexedrine twice a day with 10mg dextroamphetamine (or more) sprinkled throughout the day. Up until last week, I was taking 2mg guanfacine in 0.5mg portions spread throughout the day.

Last week I started having issues with low blood pressure so I dropped my guanfacine from 2mg/24hrs to 0.5mg/24hrs. Yesterday afternoon I checked my blood pressure twice while I was on my afternoon dose of dexedrine and it was astonishingly low: 89/60. For reference this medication normally makes my blood pressure go up from a normal range of 90s/60s to the lows 110s/80s. This was 15 hours after my last dose of 0.5mg guanfacine so it had already mostly left my system. I have had all of the terrible symptoms that come with low blood pressure like dizziness, fatigue, weakness, blurry vision, confusion, brain fog, shallow breathing, etc it's awful. I bought electrolyte tablets and drank a ton and it didn't seem to change my blood pressure significantly. I am at a loss for an explanation because I don't understand how I can be taking this many stimulants and still feel like passing out when I get up from my chair.I called a pharmacist last night around midnight because it was really bad and they told me that they didn't have any advice other than to try to go to urgent care today.

For reference I'm 5'0, 120lbs otherwise healthy female.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Is this what happens when your body runs out of stress hormones?
