codeine dosing

Hi guys,

I'm not a frequent drug user. I have 9 x 30 mg of codeine. I weigh about 105 lbs. I was wondering if 90 mg is a good dose given zero tolerance? I don't want to get fucked up or anything. Should I take it all at once?
