Trying to create a mentor/mentee matching tool

Trying to create one in excel and I’m racking my brain on how to do it. Are there any tools that exist in excel (or even access) format that I can use as a template.

Basically, mentors and mentees take short personality surveys. We are trying to match them based on a few things such as hometown, hobbies, etc.
