My PC isn’t posting

Please help me

I have a Ryzen 2600x, Asus 1660ti, Asus B450F mobo, Corsair Vengeance 16bg 3200mhz and wd blue 1tb m.2 SSD, the fans all spin, the mobo lights up orange, the graphics card lights up red but it says no signal on the monitor, and the monitor confirmed works coz it displays my PS4 just fine. Please help me.

Due to process of elimination it isn’t a dead mobo or gpu, it’s either Ram, misplaced cables, dead cpu, or something else.
