[Feature] CarPlay no longer invokes Siri when opening Messages if the app wasn’t open

This is a very welcomed change!

If you don’t have Messages open in the foreground or in the app switcher and then go into Messages, your messages load automatically. You no longer get the annoying prompt “Who would you like to send a message to”.
