Understanding vendors vs ah

Good morning I am very new to wow but have played eve for many years. I was hoping to be educated. Why do vendor prices seem so different from the ah? I am using tsm and the hover data sometimes just doesn’t make sense to me.

Why would a 95 gold item sell for 3 million and have a 0% estimated demand on wowauction?

Is this just a useless item that one person has up on a few realms or am I really missing something?
