[TOMT][YouTube Documentary] Very disturbing story about the leader of a 'gay puppy cult'

Youtube doc about a gay man thay was into severe body-morphing via steroids/other means. He becomes the leader of some sort of cult-like sex dom group where everyone is his 'puppy' and become subservient to him in every way - including tattooing "Property of [this guy]" on them in multiple places. If I'm not mistaken one (or more) of his followers died from negligence and/or surgeries gone wrong? Might have been in Florida?
