Team Optimizer? Like the rune optimizer for dungeons teams and rifts

One question: is there anywhere a team optimizer, like the rune optimizer, that guides you, with your own monster box, with the mons you have, of what teams to make that are effective in the different dungeons?or there is anyone good at coding that can make such a tool?
