What video is this gif from? Asian girl peeing in public, friend pulls away jacket that covered her, was tagged with "hatsume rina"

Here is said gif:

https://media.giphy.com/media/fYxC9WwbjLTPBwcXFo/giphy.gif

Noteworthy:

• uncensored

• It was tagged with "hatsume rina"

• it appeares that someone cropped this from a video, since you can see a small part of some logo in the bottom right corner.

Would appreciate some help, thanks.

Edit:

I found a short video that includes the scene in the gif, but it doesn't have the logo on the lower right but instead one in the lower left. I'll see if I can find anything on the website that it refers to.
