Long verification 1194072

Ticket 1194072. I was a verified user. When I tried to make a transfer account was blocked and I was asked to re-pass the verification and provide account information to confirm that it is mine account.I did it, the documents are accepted for consideration, but the verification has been going on for more than a month. I've been writing letters asking you to speed things up. Get the answer "wait." I would like to know when will the end of a check and when will my account be unlocked?
