Suggestion, all raids up to CoS, should have a vendor similar to Benedict

So, I was in love with the idea of a character in the game that could provide raid specific loot without being *TOO* reliant on RNG. I mean ofcourse you are at the will of whatever Benedict brought with him, but you have the chance to get something specific which is much more forgiving than playing the few raid encounters on Leviathan and hoping for a specific item to drop. I believe Last Wish and SoTP would benefit from this, and would have benefited greatly from the start. Granted, we would leave exotic loot out of the equation like Benedict does. Petra would be the LW vendor, and Ada would be the vendor for SoTP

Side idea, it doesnt even have to be specific loot, though that would be my ideal version. The vendors mentioned above could offer an engram, a la fated from Xur, to give you something that you have not yet obtained in your collection from the raid (exluding exotics). after having acquired full collections, then it would default to a randomly chosen piece of gear from the raid.
