MK11 Comparison to other games?

Hello, I play on the PC and Im pretty "new" (years ago I has like 10,000 matches played on DOA4) to fighting games. Basically I love DOA, but its dead on PC. . Im not sure how these games are different from MK11. They for sure are bit IM not sure how to explain it.

Im enjoying DBZfighterz and really like DOA. Im trying really hard to like MK11 but it seems like such a chore to play in comparison.

Why do I like DBZ fighterz and DOA and not so much MK11? What is the difference between the games from a technical stand point? More footsies?
