Bullies and masty kids shouldnt be given special privileges just because they had a 'troubled upbringing'.

Ive seen too many kids be bullied and have the school turn a blind eye to it because the bully was from a 'troubled household'. When the victim hits back then suddenly its the victim whos neck deep in trouble. Ive seen this play out a few times. Most recently, my little brother has been physically bullied by someone at his school, this kid has hit him with mice, punched him, tripped him etc etc. School has seen this happen and has been aware of it for a long time along with this bully hurting other children but refuses to touch him because of his upbringing. My brother is a big fella but is very docile. This came to a head when this bully turned my brothers computer off when he was working. So my brother got up and punched the bully.

Brother has been suspended for a week for hitting another pupil.
