OWC SSD + Memory iMac Upgrades - Opinions needed!

Hi Everyone -

With the announcement that OSX 10.15 will run on my late-2013 (iMac 14,1), I've decided to give it a shoe-in-the-pants in the performance department and upgrade the 5400rpm 1TB drive to a SSD and bump the RAM from 8GB to 16GB.

I did some research and seems the kits from OWC are pretty popular, and from watching the installation videos, pretty straight-forward. I like the fact that all necessary tools and adhesive strips are included.

Just wanted to check here and see what the general consensus is on these kits. Has anyone here installed one and wish they'd gone a different route? Or are they as solid as the reviews state?

Any help/opinions would be appreciated. Thank you!
