What's your world's opinion on slavery?

An ancient institution common in almost every pre-industrial civilisation in history, slavery has been an unfortunate part of human history since it began. What do people in your world think about slavery? what kind of slavery is practiced there (indentured servitude, chattel slavery, classical greek/roman style slavery, debt slavery)? Is there anything close to anti-slave movements or cultures?
