Any way to fix trust factor?

I'm playing most of my matches from a local gaming lounge. Due to so many people playing from the same IP, my account's trust factor has sinked to the lowest level of hell. Basically every single game I've played for the past two months has had atleast one really fishy player and most of them have been quite clear cheaters. Over 50% of players have less than 300 hours played and I'm playing on LEM-GE ranks so unless you are a cheater or a smurf or an alt account you kinda cannot progress that fast into those ranks.

I'm very average on games and unless I really pop off people have no reason to report me. I'm 99% sure that this low trust factor just comes due to me playing from the same IP with many people smurfing / just so many people playing from the same IP.

Before starting playing from here my winrate on games was around 50-60%. Now it's less than 20% and most of losses happen after an opponent disconnects, reconnects and they win miraculously over 10 rounds in a row.

Does anyone know if there is a way to improve my trust factor? None of my friends want to play with me anymore and I wouldn't want either. This sucks.

Trust factor is a great thing but it shouldn't punish people so horribly based on IP.
