Does anyone have experience with rental through Matsuri Technologies?

Hello,

My fiance and I are considering extending our stay in Tokyo due to work and in relation to this we have looked at a few apartments for rental. We came across a company named Matsuri Technologies that have decent pricing for apartments. They do however require us to pay upfront. Dose anyone have any experience with this company and know if its a scam or not?
