Is it just me or does anyone else actively avoid videos that are 10:XX minutes long knowing that they're almost always time-wasting Clickbait?

Dear YouTube, please adjust your algorithm to not favour videos that are a hair longer than 10:00, they're abused entirely to waste time and click-bait viewers, and I actively avoid them.
