Identifying A Tuning...

Hey guys, I have a tuning that I really love. It's used by a pop-punk band called Transit and goes as follows:

E G♯ B F♯ B D♯

Can anyone identify what this tuning is actually called and also any chord shapes I can use with it to write my own stuff?

The chord shape that Transit uses is really simple with 2 fingers. E.g. 404000, 202000, 030000.
