Hoard of the Dragon Queen/Hoard of the Spider Queen

Without having read through the adventure, how hard would it be to exchange Tiamat for another villain? My group is currently playing Waterdeep: Dragon Heist and one of the players has a beef with Lolth, the Spider Queen, which would suit our story better. Perhaps Lolth has enslaved some dragons? Too much work or doable?
