24F looking for someone to fill an empty room in Lakeview East (I'm desperate, please help)

Edit: I’ve found someone to take this spot!

One of my roommates is moving in with her boyfriend, and because my management company uses a really convoluted lease renewal system, we have to have someone taking her spot before they'll let us renew. We need someone by June 15. The lease isn't technically up until July 31, so whoever takes her spot will be subleasing for the summer and then taking over the new lease on August 1. You can move in as soon as you'd like.

The apartment is in Lakeview East and about a quarter mile from Belmont Harbor. There are bus stops right outside and the Belmont red line stop is about a ten minute walk (you can also take the 77 to get there). The apartment itself is in an old building (I think it was built in 1911), and hasn't been updated in a while so you have to like ~character~. There are hardwood floors throughout and a decent amount of storage. Rent is $720 a month, and our utilities are always low (yay for radiator heating!). There's technically parking, but it's expensive and the alleyway is super tiny so that'll be up to you to deal with.

This is a three bedroom apartment. The other roommate works...somewhere downtown. I think for a shipping company? I'm not super sure; she just moved in a couple of months ago and to be perfectly honest I don't see her all that often. But she cleans absolutely everything and is really nice. I am a student at Chicago-Kent. I'm working 2-3 jobs this summer so I'll be all over the place until class starts back up. We're both LGBT friendly and are very laidback.

I do have a ten-month-old dog, so you have to be cool with that, and we're allowed to have one more pet. I am allergic to cats (if I touch them I get hives), and my dog hasn't been around cats at all so idk how she'll do with them.

If anyone is interested, or knows someone who may be interested, please PM or comment! My roommate who's moving kinda dropped this on us in the middle of the renewal process so we're scrambling here.
